TheSafeReport:

We do not guarantee:

• That authorities will act on submitted information
• Specific outcomes from any report

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeReport, Inc. is not liable for:

• Actions taken or not taken based on submitted reports
• Delays in review or response
• Misuse of the platform by users

Administrators are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality
• Securing login credentials
• Complying with their organization's policies

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Misuse is detected
• Security risks arise

All platform content, branding, and technology belong to SafeReport, Inc.

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

State of Tennessee, USA

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
